About the Role :
We’re seeking expert Flutter engineers to help build our low-code application development platform from scratch. As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping both the future of our company and the way applications are created.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with our founders and team to decide on and prioritize new features.
- Design and implement new features, integrations, and establish best practices for our codebase (covering architecture, performance, style, etc.).
- Write code that automates coding! Tackle unique challenges in a specialized area.
- Develop core components like widgets, integrations, and focus on code quality and generation.
- Ensure FlutterFlow stays current with the latest Flutter advancements.
- Tackle complex issues and innovate solutions.
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- You bring strong expertise in Flutter, with deep knowledge of the framework, tools, and best practices.
- You write clean, dependable code that’s easy to read and maintain.
- You have a start-up mindset, valuing early feature releases and iterative learning over perfection.
- You’re a team player, ready to jump in and help when needed.
- You have experience with Firebase and mobile app development.
- Open to traveling 4-6 times annually for team events, including one or two international trips.
